Rain Season Koba-Klos Saamba Launch Statement – 4th July, 2023
Ladies and gentlemen, Marie Stopes Sierra Leone is proud to launch the Rain Season Koba-Klos Saamba campaign on July 4th, 2023. This initiative, spanning an entire month, holds the purpose of improving women’s wellness and strengthening our healthcare system.
Through this campaign, we aim to raise public awareness about the services provided by Marie Stopes clinics, dispel misconceptions, and build trust within our communities. It is a call to action, an opportunity for us to come together and make a lasting impact.
The campaign entails comprehensive strategies that encompass both our static clinics and outreach programs. During this time, all of our 8 static clinics will be offering a 50% discount on ultrasound scan services and providing free Long Acting Reversible Contraceptive (LARC) services. By doing so, we strive to reach more client that needs our service and to reinforce our mission which is, Children by Choice, not chance.
Furthermore, our outreach and Public Sector Strengthening (PSS) initiatives will continue to provide free FP services (both LT & ST). We want to extend our reach and touch as many lives as possible throughout Sierra Leone.
Our campaign will kick off on July 1, 2023, following the successful launch of the Quarter 2 campaign. By strategically covering different regions, we aim to maximize our impact and ensure that no one is left behind.
In expressing our gratitude, Marie Stopes Sierra Leone acknowledges the invaluable support of government stakeholders, partners, and funders. It is through their collaboration and investment that we are able to achieve remarkable results. Together, we empower individuals and change lives in Sierra Leone.
