Marie Stopes Sierra Leone (MSSL) invites interested bidders and companies to submit sealed bids for the disposal of vehicles currently located at our regional offices in Bo and Makeni.

The vehicles will be sold on an “as is, where is” basis.

Vehicle Inspection

Interested bidders may inspect the vehicles at the MSSL regional offices in Bo and Makeni between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Submission of Bids

Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the Procurement and Logistics Unit, Marie Stopes Sierra Leone, at any of the following offices:

  1. Freetown Office: 10 A&B Ahmed Drive, off Sir Samuel Lewis Road, Freetown
  2. Makeni Office: 38 Frontier Road, Makeni
  3. Bo Office: 91 Tikonko Road, Bo

Please mark “DISPOSAL OF VEHICLES” clearly on the top-right corner of the envelope.

All bids must be placed in the designated Tender Box at any of the above offices on or before 1 September 2026.

Marie Stopes Sierra Leone will contact successful bidders within one week of the bid opening.

Successful bidders must make full payment within five working days of notification. The vehicles must be collected and removed from the MSSL premises within five working days after:

  • Full payment has been made;
  • All required statutory documentation has been completed; and
  • All applicable government taxes and fees, including duty-free and transfer-of-ownership fees, have been paid.

Marie Stopes Sierra Leone reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
